Why charge by the hour?

Every home is different. A 1-bedroom apartment shouldn't pay the same as a 4-bedroom house, and you shouldn't pay for a full deep clean when you only need a quick refresh. Hourly billing keeps things honest — you pay for the time we actually spend in your home.
Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes — every product, every tool, every visit. You don't have to stock anything or prep anything. We arrive ready to work.
What if my home needs more (or less) time than estimated?

We'll always check in. If a job is moving faster than expected, we stop early and only bill for the time worked. If it's going to take longer, we'll call before going over — never any surprises on the invoice.
Is there a minimum?

We typically schedule a minimum of 2 hours per visit to make the trip worthwhile for our cleaners. Anything beyond that scales hourly.
