Small home maintenance
2–3 hrs
1–2 bedroom apartments and condos on a recurring maintenance schedule.
Family-size maintenance
3–5 hrs
3–4 bedroom homes on a regular cadence — most of our recurring clients land here.
First-time deep clean
6–8 hrs
The full restoration. Baseboards, ovens, fans, behind furniture — everything.

Travel
$30 travel fee
Applied for locations beyond 30 minutes from our Berthoud home base.
Minimum
2-hour visits
Two-hour minimum per appointment. After that, billed to the quarter-hour.

Every home is different. A 1-bedroom apartment shouldn't pay the same as a 4-bedroom house, and you shouldn't pay for a full deep clean when you only need a quick refresh. Hourly billing keeps things honest — you pay for the time we actually spend in your home.
Yes — every product, every tool, every visit. You don't have to stock anything or prep anything. We arrive ready to work.
We'll always check in. If a job is moving faster than expected, we stop early and only bill for the time worked. If it's going to take longer, we'll call before going over — never any surprises on the invoice.
We typically schedule a minimum of 2 hours per visit to make the trip worthwhile for our cleaners. Anything beyond that scales hourly.
